About Casper

Casper (they/them) is a registered yoga teacher, fiber artist, and outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about educating others about the benefits of the yoga practice. As a queer artist, Casper’s emphasis is focused on honoring each yogi’s uniqueness to help cultivate inner balance, acceptance, and strength in all aspects of life. To Casper, yoga is much more than a workout. It is about using breathwork, setting intentions, and flowing mindfully through movements, both on and off the mat, to expand the connection and respect of all living beings.
